Vector Pipeline Announces Retirement of Craig R. Fishbeck

LIVONIA, MI — (Marketwire) — 10/05/11 — Vector Pipeline today announced that Craig R. Fishbeck has advised he will retire effective December 31, 2011. Mr. Fishbeck has served as President of Vector Pipeline since November 2000. John T. Donaldson, Jr., who has served as Vice President of Marketing since 2001, assumes the role of President effective January 1, 2012.

“Under Craig–s leadership, Vector Pipeline has strengthened its strategic position as an essential link between Chicago and Dawn, Ontario,” said Ian Mcfeely, Vice President of Gas Development, Enbridge Inc. “Vector Pipeline has provided a vital supply of natural gas for the U.S. Midwest, Eastern Canada and the U.S. Northeast since its startup in December 2000. We wish Craig all the best as he retires, and thank him for his leadership.”

The Vector Pipeline System — constructed in 2000 — consists of 348 miles of mainline natural gas transmission pipeline between the Chicago Hub and the storage complex at Dawn, Ontario. Vector Pipeline L.P.–s system begins in Joliet, Ill., and terminates at the international border at St. Clair, Mich., where it interconnects with the Vector Pipeline Limited Partnership system, which provides service to the Dawn storage facilities. The system has multiple interconnections, which include Alliance, Northern Border, Guardian, ANR, NIPSCO, Crossroads, Consumers Energy, MichCon, DTE Washington 10 Storage, Bluewater Gas Storage, Enbridge Gas Distribution and Union Gas. Three power plants also are tied into the Vector system: Crete Energy Ventures, Jackson Power Facility and Greenfield Energy Centre.

Vector Pipeline L.P. is a partnership between Calgary-based Enbridge Inc.
