Vani Paris, Founder of Trophee Paris Awards — Europe–s Version of The Oscars — Plans Charity Concert 2015 for New Amazon Rainforest Sustainability Environmental Initiative

HOLLYWOOD, CA — (Marketwired) — 11/05/14 — , the founder of — Europe–s equivalent of Hollywood–s Academy Awards — is planning a charity concert in late summer of 2015 for a new Amazon Rainforest Sustainability Environmental Initiative, to reinvigorate the support in the sustainability of protecting and development of the Amazon rainforest — the “Lungs of the Earth.”

In an exclusive interview with magazine publisher for October 2014 edition of Móde Vie Digital Magazine (), disclosed that she together with Amazon Kayapo Indian chief Raoni Metuktire, musician Sting, football legend Pelé and Jean Pierre Dutilleux pioneered the “1987 Save the Amazon Rainforest” movement with the help of Hollywood celebrities Ted Field and wife Susie Bollman-Field, Bruce Springsteen, Bob Dylan, Joan Collins, Sylvester Stallone, Sidney Poitier, Jane Fonda, ZsaZsa Gabor, Elizabeth Taylor, Raquel Welch, Kim Basinger, Liza Minnelli, Vinicius de Moraes, Arnold Schwarzenegger, and many others.

The 1987 Amazon Rainforest Campaign created the “.” Vani Paris recently launched a new Amazon Initiative and Environment Sustainability campaign where she is currently negotiating participation of world leaders and celebrities.

The is an annual event created under the “Fonds De Dotation Vani Paris: L–académie des Arts et Science du Cinéma International” which was founded by Madame Vani Paris with the help of French Minister of Culture and Communication in 2009. Award winning Italian actress Ornella Muti was the president of the most recent Trophée Paris Awards held in Paris, France at the l–Espace Pierre Cardin.

“We are now in preparation for the next Trophée Paris Awards 2015 edition and we grow as an institution that helps in the development of culture and arts in the world,” said founder Madame Vani Paris. “Our one of the most important projects related to the Trophée Paris Awards is the creation of the –World Filmatheque Library– in France. The granddaughter of the cinema arts inventor, French illusionist and filmmaker Georges Méliès, is donating valuable materials to the World Filmatheque Library which are artworks of her grandfather Georges Méliès,” added Vani Paris.

The Trophée Paris Awards was founded to pay homage to cinema pioneers/inventors Georges Méliès, Louis Lumière and Auguste Lumière — they started the motion picture cinema that we have today.
