Transocean Ltd. Announces Second Quarter 2011 Earnings Release Date and Conference Call Information

ZUG, SWITZERLAND — (Marketwire) — 07/20/11 — Transocean Ltd. (NYSE: RIG) (SIX: RIGN) today said it plans to report earnings for the three months ended June 30, 2011 on the afternoon of Wednesday, August 3, 2011, following the close of trading in the United States.

The company will conduct a teleconference call at 10:00 a.m. EDT (5:00 p.m. CEST) on Thursday, August 4, 2011.
