LAS VEGAS, NV — (Marketwired) — 04/11/13 — (PINKSHEETS: SLMU) Charles Bryant and Jack Deliddo ended their lawsuit and the defendants were paid an “undisclosed settlement.”

Salamon Group and Mr. Matvieshen said in a joint statement, “We have agreed not to pursue damages against Mr. Bryant and Mr. Deliddo and Co. As a result of this settlement, shares held by Bryant and Deliddo in Salamon Group have been relinquished to Salamon and Matvieshen, in addition to the payment which has now been received by us. The terms of the settlement are confidential, but we are very satisfied with the outcome.”
