Salamon Group, Inc. (SLMU) Announces Shareholder Response to DayStar Technologies Inc.–s (DSTI) Tender Offer

LAS VEGAS, NV — (Marketwire) — 07/27/12 — Salamon Group, Inc. (OTCQB: SLMU) (PINKSHEETS: SLMU) announces insiders–, officers– and common stock shareholders– responses to a tender offer for Salamon Group, Inc. by DayStar Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: DSTI), a NASDAQ listed company, which exceeds the minimum requirements of 50.1%. To-date, 65% of all free trading and public shareholders have indicated they will tender their stock for DayStar shares on a 6 for 1 basis.

This immediate unsolicited response and affirmation of the transaction from Salamon shareholders has led to the unanimous agreement of Salamon directors and officers to support the offer made to Salamon stakeholders.
