Macusani Announces Departure of Director

TORONTO, ONTARIO — (Marketwired) — 10/25/13 — Macusani Yellowcake Inc. (TSX VENTURE: YEL)(FRANKFURT: QG1) (“Macusani” or the “Company”) announced today that Philip Williams has resigned as a director to devote more time and attention to other business commitments. The board of directors wishes to thank Mr. Williams for his significant contributions to the Company since joining the board in May 2011 and to wish him well in his future endeavours. The resignation of Mr. Williams reduces the number of directors of the Company to six and there is no intention to increase the number of directors at the present time.
