Infinity Energy Resources Announces Effectiveness of Form 10 Registration Statement

OVERLAND PARK, KS — (Marketwire) — 07/14/11 — Infinity Energy Resources, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: IFNY) (“Infinity” or the “Company”), an independent oil and gas exploration and development company, today announced that its Form 10 Registration Statement, which was initially filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) on May 13, 2011, has become effective.

The Form 10 is a general form for the registration of securities pursuant to section 12(b) or (g) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
