CALGARY, ALBERTA — (Marketwire) — 10/01/12 — Flexpipe Systems Inc. has signed a Strategic Sales Agreement with Petroplastic S.A., a manufacturer and seller of composite pipe systems in Argentina. Under the Agreement, Petroplastic S.A. will be the exclusive sales representative for the sale of Flexpipe Systems– entire suite of products and services in Argentina.

The agreement will enable Flexpipe Systems to have local inventory and offer pipe and fittings at competitive prices from Petroplastic S.A.–s existing service center in Rincon de Los Sauces, Argentina. Flexpipe Systems will also provide Petroplastic S.A.–s engineers and field service technicians with technical support and training for installations.
