ENSERVCO Commences Operations in Wyoming–s Powder River and Green River Basins

DENVER, CO — (Marketwired) — 08/21/13 — ENSERVCO Corporation (OTCQB: ENSV), a provider of well-site services to the domestic onshore conventional and unconventional oil and gas industries, today announced the Company, at the request of several existing customers, has expanded its service territory into Wyoming–s Powder River and Green River Basins. ENSERVCO will service the areas, which incorporate the highly productive Jonah natural gas field, from a new service yard being opened in Rock Springs, Wyoming.

Rick Kasch, president, said ENSERVCO will begin serving customers in the regions this week. “Several of our existing exploration and production customers have established a presence in this area and have expressed a need for our services. In addition, we have received our first master service agreement from a new customer that has a major presence in the region. In all, we expect to initially serve approximately 10 new and existing customers.

“Geographic expansion is a key element of our growth strategy, so we are very encouraged by our entrance into a region with active and rapidly expanding oil and gas production,” Kasch said.

Through its various operating subsidiaries, ENSERVCO has emerged as one of the energy service industry–s leading providers of hot oiling, acidizing, frac heating and fluid management services. The Company owns and operates a fleet of more than 230 specialized trucks, trailers, frac tanks and related well-site equipment.
