EDF Renewable Services Signs Operations and Maintenance Agreement With PacifiCorp

SAN DIEGO, CA — (Marketwire) — 12/10/12 — — formerly enXco Service Corporation — has signed a multi-year agreement with PacifiCorp, a subsidiary of MidAmerican Energy Holdings Company, to provide operations and maintenance services for three wind-powered generation projects totaling 238.5 megawatts (MW) of generation capability.

The three projects are located in Wyoming and consist of the High Plains (99 MW), McFadden Ridge I (28.5 MW) and Dunlap I (111 MW) wind projects.

Under the terms of the agreement, EDF Renewable Services will provide selected operations and maintenance services for wind turbine generators and 24/7 remote monitoring from its North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) compliant Operations Control Center.
