(the “Corporation”) (TSX VENTURE: EWD) is postponing its scheduled Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders (the “Meeting”) as a result of the state of emergency declared within the City of Calgary and the Province of Alberta in response to the widespread infrastructure flooding, road closures and building evacuations. The Meeting was scheduled to be held on June 25, 2013 at 10:00 am at Livingston Place Conference Centre, 222 3rd Avenue S.W., Calgary. The Meeting will now be held at the offices of Davis LLP, Suite 1000, 250 2nd Street SW, Calgary, at 10:00 a.m. (Calgary time) on Tuesday, July 2, 2013.
