DayStar Technologies, Inc. (DSTI) Acquires $15 Million of Salamon Group Inc.–s (SLMU) Debt

LAS VEGAS, NV — (Marketwire) — 07/10/12 — Salamon Group, Inc. (OTCQB: SLMU) (PINKSHEETS: SLMU) announced the sale of $15,000,000 of debt to DayStar Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: DSTI).

The debt owed to Michael Matveishen, CEO of Salamon Group, and his assignees, was acquired by DayStar Technologies, Inc. Terms of the debt will not change and are based on the original terms and conditions committed to by Mr. Matveishen and Salamon Group, Inc. Under the terms of the purchase Mr. Matveishen will receive debt in DSTI.

Mr. Matveishen stated: “The logic of the debt purchase reflects the ongoing and similar business interests of both DSTI and SLMU. This development, I believe will serve the best interests of shareholders in both companies.”
