Charles L. Bryant, JR. of Modesto, California Accused of Fraud by Salamon

LAS VEGAS, NV — (Marketwire) — 10/05/12 — Salamon Group, Inc. (OTCQB: SLMU) announces that it is suing Sunlogics PLC and former Salamon director Charles L. Bryant, JR. of Modesto, California for fraud.

Salamon Group Inc. stated, “Salamon believes Mr. Bryant–s conduct while a director of Salamon Group, Inc. was unacceptable. Salamon Group, Inc. accuses Mr. Charles Bryant, a director of Sunlogics PLC, of working against the interest of the shareholders of Sunlogics PLC and thereby of Salamon Group, Inc.” Salamon further stated, “We have started a court action in Ontario, Canada, which accuses both Mr. Charles L Bryant of Modesto, California and Mr. Abe Morris, CEO of Sunlogics, Inc., now named , of fraud.”

In addition, Salamon further accuses Mr. Charles L. Bryant of Modesto, California of falsifying amounts he paid for shares while he was a director of Salamon. There are a number of other issues that management is investigating as a shareholder of Sunlogics PLC; this includes Mr. Bryant–s use of company funds to build solar projects on his personal real-estate holdings in California. Salamon believes that Mr. Bryant–s actions have defrauded shareholders and they are investigating every transaction he was involved in while being a director.
