Environmental Waste International Terminates Merger Negotiations

TORONTO, ONTARIO — (Marketwired) — 12/05/14 — Environmental Waste International Inc. (TSX VENTURE: EWS) (“EWS”) announced today that it had terminated negotiations with A. C. Simmonds and Sons Inc. (“ACS”) for the acquisition of EWS by ACS in an exchange of stock.

Emanuel Gerard, Director of EWS said “The transaction with ACS was predicated on the expectation that certain acquisitions would be completed in a timely manner. Those acquisitions have not occurred and do not appear to be imminent. Under those circumstances it was deemed prudent to end formal negotiations.”

The Company is now exploring diversification options that would add technology and revenue to the Company–s portfolio.
