LOS ANGELES, CA — (Marketwire) — 09/21/12 — In recognition of its outstanding customer service, DiscountFilters.com was among first-rate retailers recently named as 2012 Bizrate Circle of Excellence Award Winners. The honor is a Customers– Choice Award of sorts; ratings are based on the clients– own level of satisfaction with companies during a one-year period.

Not only did the Greenwood, Ind.-based business gain the prestigious recognition, was among a select group of 38 companies that received the highest rating — the Platinum Award. To gain that honor, retailers must have received a score of at least 9.0 or above in all seven key satisfaction categories.
