Brooklyn Cheesecake & Desserts Company, Inc. Appoints Chief Accounting Manager

MILTON, GA — (Marketwired) — 11/12/14 — Brooklyn Cheesecake & Desserts Company, Inc. (OTCQB: BCKE), a company focused on building an integrated waste industry company, today announced that the Company has appointed Jon W. Newcomer as Chief Accounting Manager. In this newly created position, Mr. Newcomer will focus on building the corporate accounting staff, defining internal reporting systems to integrate and consolidate the company–s future growth, and developing strategic reporting action plans. Mr. Newcomer will be working out of our Corporate Office in Milton, GA and will report directly to Jeffrey Cosman, CEO of Brooklyn Cheesecake & Desserts Company, Inc.

Jon W. Newcomer, CPA, brings more than 30 years experience in diverse tax, financial, and business consulting experience in his role as a Certified Public Accountant. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in Accounting from Georgia State University in 1984. He is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in Georgia and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants, and is also a member of AICPA Forensic and Valuation Services section. Jon has gained extensive accounting experience through his prior tenures at the international firms of Price Waterhouse and KPMG. Hickson, PLC, a British conglomerate, also employed Jon as Controller to facilitate their acquisition of a US based chemical company. His work there included the design and implementation of their US accounting system and operations. In 1994 Jon founded Jon W. Newcomer, CPA, P.C., a full service accounting firm in Cumming, Georgia.
