(“Albion” or the “Corporation”) (TSX VENTURE: ABP.H) announces that its scheduled annual and special meeting of shareholders which was to be held at 9:30 AM on Friday June 21, 2013 was adjourned as a result of the state of emergency declared within the city of Calgary and the province of Alberta in response to the widespread infrastructure flooding, road closures and building evacuations.
The meeting will now be held July 3, 2013 at the location previously announced; the offices of Davis LLP, 1000 -250 2nd St. SW, Calgary, at 9:30 a.m. (Calgary time).
