HOUSTON, TX — (Marketwire) — 10/25/11 — (PINKSHEETS: SATM) Green Energy Solution Industries, Inc. (Currently Trading as OTCPK: SATM) anticipates that its renewable energy project will qualify for additional revenue on the order of $5,000,000 annually in bio-energy credits available from the Provincial Government through 2016. The additional revenue enhancer should add to the projected $15,000,000 annual revenue from energy revenues from GESI–s waste railroad tie feedstock plant. The amount of additional credit revenue is projected to offset or substantially cover the project costs for the energy plant build-out at the GESI set aside land in the Industrial Heartland of Alberta outside Edmonton.
Whether GESI creates bio-fuels or megawatts of electricity, the program substantially benefits producers who meet projected minimum outputs during the qualifying years. GESI projects to have a selected plant technology on the ground for operation during 2012. GESI is currently interviewing and completing due diligence on existing commercially proven technologies for use with its supply of waste rail ties.
The Bioenergy Producer Credit Program as overseen by Alberta Energy is a program which is to increase local supply for the Renewable Fuels Standard (RFS), maximize opportunities for value-added processing and economic prosperity and solidify investor confidence in this sector.
GESI has secured more than a sufficient amount of rail ties per year as feedstock in a long term contract of supply with a large railway service supplier and a land use agreement at the same location.
