The company is now entering a new phase of business development. In a constructive discussion about the company’s future strategic direction, Heliatek stakeholders and management agreed that Dr. Rückemann will hand over his duties as Board Chairman on September 1, 2011, to a new company CEO. The stakeholders of Heliatek and the entire staff wish to thank Dr. Rückemann for his outstanding work as CEO and for laying a solid foundation for the company’s current transition into a successful industrial company. Mr. Thibaud Le Séguillon will take over as CEO of Heliatek GmbH from September 1, 2011. He has extensive international experience as managing director and CEO and has already successfully led innovative technology companies in highly competitive markets in the U.S. and Asia. His many years of experience in production processes similar to those at Heliatek will give the company an additional competitive advantage.
