Phase I began operating last December. E.ON Climate & Renewables North America LLC (EC&R) (Chicago, Illinois), a subsidiary of E.ON SE (Düsseldorf, Germany), sold its production tax credits (PTCs) in Wildcat Phase I to a group that included subsidiaries of (NYSE:JPM) (New York, New York) and (NYSE:WFC) (San Francisco, California).
