AUSTIN, TX — (Marketwire) — 11/28/12 — GreenWorld Restoration and Digital Workforce Academy have partnered to assist in carrying out the mission of the City of Port Arthur Community Development Department to provide decent, safe, sanitary and affordable housing for low and moderate income families. Funding for the program comes from the Department of Housing and Urban Development–s Home Program pursuant to the Housing and Development Act of 1974.
Digital Workforce Academy is a community based workforce development organization led by Melvin White.
