BIRMINGHAM, AL — (Marketwired) — 10/23/14 — Walter Energy, Inc. (NYSE: WLT) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.01 per common share payable on Dec. 5, 2014, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on Nov. 10, 2014.
